NEW RESOURCE ALERT:

THRIVE: Tool for Health and Resilience In Vulnerable Environments

THRIVE: Tool for Health and Resilience In Vulnerable Environments

Prevention Institute proudly announces the release of THRIVE, a web based tool designed to help communities identify and foster factors in the community environment that will improve health outcomes and reduce disparities experienced by racial and ethnic minorities. The THRIVE tool guides users through an interactive process to prioritize health concerns for their communities and identify those factors that hold the most promise for improving health outcomes and reducing disparities.  Use THRIVE to identify which key conditions could help promote better health and safety outcomes in your community. THRIVE complements other health disparities strategy documents  available on the PI website.
