Anna is a Senior Program Assistant for the Healthy Equitable Communities team where she supports the People, Parks, and Power Initiative and the CDC Equitable Transportation Land Use Policies Project. Prior to joining Prevention Institute, she graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a BA Public Health and concentrated in Conservation and Resource Studies. Anna spent two years as an undergraduate research apprentice for UCSF’s Patient Support Corps where she assisted patients with question listing and note taking during appointments. Anna is passionate about health equity, racial justice, and working at the intersection of community health and urban planning.
