Live: Tuesday, March 16, 2004
1-2:30 EST / 10-11:30 PST

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Upon completion of the 8 Steps to Effective Coalition Building training, participants will:

  1. Understand the 8 steps to coalition building and have examples from coalitions promoting mental health outcomes;
  2. Know how an effective coalition can help to promote the sustainability of mental health programs;
  3. Be able to assess the effectiveness of their own coalitions and devise strategies to augment coalition effectiveness to promote sustainability.

Training Participation and Activities

To make this as simple as possible, we have outlined a number of steps to participate in the training process. The steps build on each other and are designed to help you get as many as possible out of the training process. While we encourage you to take part in as many as possible, please feel free to participate in the steps that make the most sense for you.
