Training #3: Fostering Sustainability through Interdisciplinary Partnership: Collaboration Math

Live: Friday, April 2, 2004
1-2:30 EST / 10-11:30 PST

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Upon completion of the Collaboration Math training, participants will:

  1. Gain familiarity with the Collaboration Math matrix and be able to use the tool to identify a range of potential partners that can play a role in mental health programs;
  2. Be able to identify various resources, assets, concepts, and outcomes that each potential program partner can bring to an interdisciplinary collaboration;
  3. Understand the benefits of interdisciplinary collaboration and its role in to promoting sustainability of mental health programs.

Training Participation and Activities

To make this as simple as possible, we have outlined a number of steps to participate in the training process. The steps build on each other and are designed to help you get as much as possible out of the training process. While we encourage you to take part in as many as possible, please feel free to participate in the steps that make the most sense for you.

Step 1: Pre-training background materials

The following materials highlight Collaboration Math, a tool that will be featured in the third training.
