Join Us: May 16th in Sacramento

BECAUSE EVERYONE HAS A RIGHT TO HEALTHY FOOD AND SAFE PLACES TO PLAY
 Register Today!

Together we will highlight the urgent need for improvements to California’s nutrition and physical activity environments, and remind policymakers that investing in health and safety now will benefit us all.

Why participate in ENACT Day 2012?

EDUCATION AND TRAINING ON HOW TO COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH LEGISLATORS
Learn about proposed bills before the California Legislature focused on creating healthy environments and how to educate policy makers on the need for improved nutrition and activity environments.

MEET WITH YOUR REPRESENTATIVES
Your representatives want to hear from you and need to know you care! Share your knowledge and opinions about nutrition and physical activity opportunities. Tell your legislators about efforts taking place in your community and encourage them to support healthy food and safe activity environments for all.

NETWORK WITH LEADERS AND ADVOCATES FROM ACROSS CALIFORNIA
Last year, over 150 participants came from across the state to learn, share, and network with advocates working to improve food and activity environments. Be part of the network, and engage with other leaders.
