The Forum will accomplish the following primary objectives:
- To provide an update on key federal legislation impacting the public's health;
- To hear updates on APHA and PHI advocacy priorities on topics including child nutrition reauthorization and health reform;
- To discuss action steps that advocates can take to support national public health priorities; and
- To review how individuals, organizations and partners can best collaborate and speak with a unified voice to advocate for public health now and in the future.
