Prevention Institute is proud to release our latest report, The Intersection of Health Services & Community Environments: 8 Profiles of State-Driven Initiatives to Advance Population Health, which highlights states that are leading and supporting comprehensive efforts to strengthen community health by keeping people healthy, in the first place.
