Physical Activity Where We Work, Live and Learn ONE WEEK LEFT!! Spaces are filling up; make sure to reserve your spot! We are proud to bring Southern California, Mark Fenton, host of PBS' "America's Walking", Editor of Walking Magazine, and internationally known walkability expert as our keynote speaker along with an exciting expert panel including Dr. Antronette Yancey, MD, MPH, Co-Director, UCLA Center to Eliminate Health Disparities; Elva Yanez, Director, Center for Parks and Health, Trust for Public Land, Maribel De La Torre, Council Member, City of San Fernando and Ryan Snyder, Transportation Planner, Ryan Snyder & Associates, LLC to share their expertise about what works to increase physical activity at schools and communities to undo the devastating effects of inactivity related chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease and stroke.
