You can link to official sites for counties, cities and school districts in California.  With a little browsing, you will find valuable resources and information such as:

 

  • Names of the members of the Board of Supervisors (County)
  • Percentage of students who qualify for free and reduced price meals (Schools)
  • Contact Information for a public health department’s nutrition services (City / County)
  • The racial and ethnic composition of your community (City / County)
  • Who to contact to improve street safety (City)
  • Where to go to learn more about park and recreation opportunities (City / County)
