Prevention Institute has developed a broad range of practical, easy-to-use tools that guide practitioners, advocates, and policymakers in planning health strategy and in contributing to safer, healthier, and more equitable communities. The tools are grouped within three categoriesstrategy tools, partnership tools, and tools for focus areas, such as promoting health and health equity and preventing violence and chronic disease. They include conceptual frameworks, databases, step-by-step guides, and action plans that translate research into practice.
The Institute developed these tools in response to community leaders, health care practitioners, and policymakers around the country and internationally. The tools are all available on this website for free.
