Equity as a Through Line: A Four-Part Summit Series on Social Movements, Public Finance, and Infrastructure Investments for Healthy Communities

The HEALU Network presents a four-part “innovation summit” series in Los Angeles exploring practical lessons about advancing health equity and racial justice through public finance and infrastructure investments. The summit series is designed to build capacity among practitioners working in a variety of settings and sectors to create stronger, healthier neighborhoods.

  1. Ensuring Equity in Infrastructure Investments (May 2, 2019)
  2. Building Capacity in Under-Resourced Communities (June 13, 2019)
  3. Enhancing Community Engagement Practices (September 9, 2019)
  4. Metrics for Healthy and Equitable Land Use (November 14, 2019)

Check out our recap of the four-part series, “Creating a Racially Just Los Angeles: COVID-19, the Movement for Black Lives, and the Role of Equitable Public Infrastructure Investments.”

Thank you to our co-sponsors
