Let's Get Healthy California Task Force: Priorities for Prevention and Population Health - Survey due 8/6
The Let’s Get Healthy California Task Force is in the process of identifying its priorities in the area of Prevention and Population Health. Please vote for the priorities and indicators you think are the most important to promote the health and wellbeing of your community. All the options have important implications for improving health outcomes, but it is also integral that the Task Force receive many submissions, which together will demonstrate a strong groundswell of commitment to a healthier California. The deadline to respond is Monday, August 6, 2012 at 3:00 pm.
You can choose five priorities (there are a total of 10 to choose from), and two indicators for each priority. Review the full list of priorities and indicators before completing the survey.

The Let's Get Healthy California Task Force and the Expert Advisors will work together to gather, evaluate and prioritize the best ideas and practices and organize them into a 10-year plan to improve quality, control costs, promote personal responsibility for individual health, and advance health equity. The report will establish baselines for key health indicators, identify obstacles, inventory best practices, provide fiscally prudent recommendations and create a sensible framework for measuring improvements in key areas.
