Christine partners with teams across Prevention Institute's nine areas of focus to translate complex public health concepts into clear, accessible content for audiences including community partners, public health practitioners, and funders.

She leads Prevention Institute's digital communications ecosystem—website (Drupal), blog, podcast, LinkedIn, Mailchimp campaigns—guiding editorial strategy, platform governance, and all communications systems that keep the organization's external channels working together to share knowledge and elevate its thought leadership. She recently co-led a full redesign and migration of the organization's website to Drupal 10, restructuring and migrating more than 1,000 pages of content in partnership with an information architect, design team, developer, and staff across all nine program areas. She also built Prevention Institute's first formal editorial framework, manages a campaign program reaching roughly 15,000 subscribers, and leads strategy for the organization's LinkedIn presence (5,800+ followers). She leads production of the organization's podcast, Moving Upstream, and has recently begun thoughtfully applying AI-assisted approaches to strengthen editorial and operational systems across the organization.

Christine brings more than fifteen years of UX/UI design and digital communications experience from an early career supporting individuals, organizations, and companies in developing websites, shaping messaging, and strengthening their online presence, through her ongoing stewardship of Prevention Institute's own website and digital platforms today.

Christine holds a BA in Language Studies from UC Santa Cruz and an MA in International Conflict Resolution from the Monterey Institute of International Studies.

A writer both professionally and creatively, her creative nonfiction has been published in several literary journals. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, sewing, reading, and creating handmade cards. She spends most of her spare time with her black cat, Wolfgang.
