This workshop will provide community members and professionals working with youth tools to increase mental wellbeing using Expressive Arts and other grounding techniques. During this session community members and professionals will gain knowledge about ACEs and participate in grounding practices and various activities to support ACE prevention and social/emotional recovery for youth.
