Intersections Initiative Overview Video

This video provides an overview of the Intersections Initiative, a four-year learning community comprised of seven California partnerships who worked to advance equitable, upstream strategies for health and wellness. Intersections was co-facilitated by Prevention Institute and the St. Joseph Community Partnership Fund.
